Refund Policy

At Cannonball Run Down Under, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • Items that are returned damaged, used, or outside the return period may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Process

3. Refunds

4. Exchanges

  • At this stage, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a replacement item, please complete a return and then place a new order.
